🧑🤝🧑 In the club, we keep you updated on your car’s safety and condition, and let you know if anything needs to be fixed or replaced. Our goal is to help you save money on car ownership. We also manage all your car’s paperwork and records to help you get a better price when you decide to sell it in the future.
🚗 At our repair shop, we handle most maintenance tasks, like replacing fluids, filters, brakes, timing belts, and more.
Before confirming an appointment, we make sure we have the correct information from the car manufacturer, the right tools, and the necessary knowledge. Only then do we decide if we can do the job in our shop or refer you to someone else who is well-equipped and has good feedback from our customers.
🧑🤝🧑 The club membership is 14.10 euros per month if you pay monthly or just 500 for 5 years, which saves you 40.89%. If you sell the car during this time, you can transfer the remaining membership to your new car.
There’s a good chance you can get this money back later, making the membership effectively free. Check the FAQs for more details.
🚗 In our repair shop, the current price is 32 euros per flat rate hour or FRH.
FRH is the time set by car manufacturers as the standard for each job. We use it to ensure transparency and fairness, so you don’t pay extra if we’re slow or inexperienced in completing the job.
For more details on how prices are calculated, including examples, please check the FAQs.

🧑🤝🧑 About the club:
💬 It is best suited for busy professionals who don’t have the expertise to maintain their vehicles, drivers who find regular car care challenging, and families who rely on their vehicles for daily use and want to avoid unexpected repairs.
The club keeps members’ cars in good condition, helping them save money on maintenance and get a better price when they decide to sell.
💬 Ask yourself these questions to see if the club is for you:
If you answered “yes,” then this club is for you.
💬 No, we don’t accept every vehicle. Before confirming a membership, we need to ensure we have reliable information from the manufacturer’s database and that our team has experience with the specific systems of your vehicle.
Sometimes, we can’t access the necessary information due to factors like the car being new, unique, or the manufacturer not providing data. In these cases, we wouldn’t be able to confirm your membership. However, we’re happy to assist with any questions and help you find a place that might have the information you need.
💬 In short, as a member, you stop worrying about your car’s condition, save money throughout your ownership, and get a higher price when you sell.
Other benefits include savings on repair work if breaks happen, priority scheduling for shop visits, and many more things.
💬 The price varies based on your payment option:
You can start with monthly payment and change to one time payment later.
💬 When you sell your car, we’ll give you all the records, photos, and maintenance history. This makes your car more appealing to buyers, who might pay more for it compared to cars without such documentation. If you sell your car for €500 more than others, you’ve covered the cost of your membership, making it effectively free.
💬 Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time.
For monthly payments, there is no refund. However, if you made a one-time payment for 5 years and decide to cancel, we’ll calculate the cost as if you had been paying monthly. We’ll then deduct the amount for the months that have passed, including the current month, from your one-time payment and refund you the remaining balance.
💬 To join the club, get in touch with us and bring your car to our shop.
We’ll check your car, organize your documents online, and set up your access to the online logbook.
Then you choose whether to pay membership fee monthly or for 5 years upfront. After that, you’re a member, and we’ll take care of your car from then.
💬 Yes, you can transfer your membership to the new owner if you sell your car, and they agree to join the club.
Alternatively, you can switch the membership to a different car. We’ll stop looking after the car you sold and start taking care of the new one you purchased.
💬 No, there aren’t any extra fees.
We believe in building a trusted relationship with club members by being clear and honest about our pricing. You’ll always know what you’re paying for, with no hidden charges or surprise costs. Everything will be explained to you upfront to maintain transparency and trust.
💬 Yes, members do get priority.
Whenever we schedule appointments or respond to questions, we always prioritize club members first. If a non-member has a request, we will address it only after we’ve taken care of our members’ requests.
💬 The logbook is an online record that contains all information about your car, including documents, repair history, information about the car etc.
You and any mechanic can access it easily through a web browser to see what work has been done and what was advised previously, helping avoid unnecessary repairs and saving on costs.
Your car supervisor keeps the logbook updated with all information, documents, photos, and videos of each service performed.
This detailed record can increase your car’s value when you sell it, as it provides proof of proper maintenance to the next owner.
🚗 About the car repair shop:
💬 We offer many services, but we don’t have a set list of jobs we do or don’t do. Whether we take on a specific job depends on if there is a proper procedure from the car manufacturer, if we have the right tools, and if a team member is experienced in doing that type of work.
We believe no single mechanic or shop can be great at everything. Instead, we handle some repairs at our shop and work with trusted local professionals for others.
When you ask if we can do a specific job, we check if we have the necessary information, tools and expertise for your car. If we do, we’ll take care of it here; if not, we’ll recommend the best place for you to go.
💬 The cost of each job depends on how long it takes to complete.
Instead of measuring the time it takes us to do the job, we use the time recommended by the car manufacturer, known as the Flat Rate Hour (FRH).
This way, you are not charged extra if it takes us longer to finish due to us being slow, etc. You only pay for the time the manufacturer estimates the job should take. We will let you know in advance how much time your car’s job will require and how much it will cost.
If you are not a club member yet, you’ll also need to pay for the time we spend preparing photo/video reports and organizing documents in your online logbook. This time is set at 20% of the standard job time in Flat Rate Hours (FRH).
💬 You pay the same wholesale price for parts that repair shops pay when ordering from suppliers, including any discounts we get as a wholesale buyer. Unlike most shops, we don’t add variable markup, and provide you with the supplier invoices, so you can see the price we paid to source the part. This transparency helps us be clear and build trust with our club members.
To cover the time spent researching the part, ordering it from a local supplier, confirming it in the manufacturer database, and completing any related paperwork, we charge a small part handling fee, which is 0.147 FRH, or 4.7 euros per part.
If a part can’t be delivered by our supplier and we need to drive around the island to find it, a driver’s fee of 1.12 FRH, or 35.84 euros, will be added per order, along with parts handling fees for each part.
If we need to order a part online from outside the island, a fee of 0.53 FRH, or 16.96 euros, plus the cost of mail service, will be added per order, along with the parts handling fees for each part.
We will inform you if any of these additional fees are necessary.
💬 Let’s determine the price for an oil change step by step as an example for some typical small vehicle:
1. Parts Needed: We checked what’s required for the oil change, and all parts are available from our local supplier, who delivers to our shop for free.
2. Parts Cost:
3. Labor Cost:
4. Total Cost:
5. Additional Charges for Non-Members:
Non-members pay this additional fee, but once you become a club member, this charge is waived as logbook preparation is covered with membership.
💬 As a club member, you pay the same hourly rate (FRH) and the same price for parts, as our pricing is transparent with no markup.
However, you end up paying less overall because some services are included with your membership. For example, non-members are charged for an additional 20% of time per job to cover the time we spend creating photo and video reports and preparing an online logbook with documentation. As a member, you don’t pay for this, giving you an effective 20% savings on labor.
💬 Yes, you can bring your own spare part.
However, we may still charge a parts handling fee if we need to verify the part in our databases or manage any paperwork. Additionally, we might not offer a warranty on the part or the work done using it.
💬 Before confirming any appointment, we ensure that we have reliable information from the car manufacturer about the proper procedures for the specific system of your vehicle that needs service or repair. We also check if we have the right tools and an experienced team member for the job.
If we’re confident the work can be done with high quality at our shop, we confirm the appointment. If not, we suggest another shop that can handle the task and has good feedback from customers we have previously referred.
💬 As a general rule, if the job takes less than an hour, you can wait in our shop while your car is being fixed. If the job takes more than an hour, you’ll need to leave your car in our secure, gated parking and pick it up the next day.
💬Repairing cars can be unpredictable in terms of how much time a job takes, making it hard to give you an exact when we finish the previous vehicle and start time for your car.
That’s why it’s best to leave your car in our secure, gated parking. We’ll begin working on it as soon as we finish with the previous car.
In 95% of cases, your car will be ready for pickup the next day.
💬 You don’t need an appointment, but you must contact us to let us know you’re coming to leave your car. We will confirm if everything needed for your car is available and advise if it’s a good day to come or if another day would be better.
💬Yes, you can get an estimate before we start. This is one of our main rules to ensure transparency about pricing. Before we begin any work, we will let you know the cost. If anything extra needs to be done, we will inform you separately and provide a photo or video report to confirm.
💬 Never.
We believe it’s inappropriate for mechanics to drive cars left by customers for repairs. We never allow our employees to drive your car outside of our repair shop.
The only times we might drive your car are to move it between the parking area and repair bay, to deliver it to you after repairs, or to perform a road test before or after repairs. In all these cases, we will inform you, so you’ll always know when your car is in use.
